McIntosh Family: In-Home Newborn Session

Getting to document the bond siblings have with new brothers and sisters is just so sweet. While pregnant, it’s such a fun thought thinking of your eldest as a sibling and imagining how they’ll react as a big brother or sister! But when this is the reaction, it’s a total heart melt…especially when something this sweet happens completely unprompted as it did during this session! Your whole world shifts and grows with a new baby, and the hope is that your other little ones can also grow in love, with the expectation that most of the time there will be big feelings or emotions and that those feelings are valid and okay too. But when you have an older sibling who instantly steps in and loves their new sibling and wants to protect and nurture them too, it just makes your parent heart so happy and proud. I adored this sweet session with this beautiful family and loved seeing such a cute bond between siblings so early on. I just know these two will be the best of friends!
